Throughout school, Zenifer was voted "Most Likely to Quietly Take Over the World" – a title she apparently took as a personal challenge. Fast-forward twenty-odd years, and she's has indeed done so - one room at a time. After all, even world domination has to start somewhere.

Zenifer isn't just an architect; she's a spatial sorceress, a wizard of square footage, a literal legend who finds space where there absolutely, positively shouldn't be any. How else do you explain turning a studio apartment into a multi-bedroom palace? She got so good, she once managed to slip in an entire extra floor!
