We call them The Mountain Goats because they don’t see a cliff as an obstacle; they see it as a floor plan. While we were looking at topographical maps, they were already scrambling up a sheer rock face shouting, “Look what’s possible from up here!”
We didn’t just need a structural engineer for this project—we needed a Sherpa and a total lack of vertigo to keep up with that 45 degree ambition.
Adventure Mountain
Red River Gorge, Kentucky
The site is a legendary stretch of red rock that has been a magnet for serious climbers for decades. The mission for Adventure Mountain is to double down on that authenticity—creating a sanctuary that respects the grit of the sport rather than polishing it away.
Research Status
We’ve told our families that "Masterplanning" requires four days of "verifying the views" from a cliff-edge. It’s a burden, but we carry it for the craft.
